Earlier today we headed off to Dalston near Carlisle to see how many scarecrows we could spot around the village.
This weekend sees the start of a week of festivities linked to the Dalston festival.
Over 70 scarecrows are spread around the shops, housing estates and public areas.
Sadly, we were unsure if any map was available to show us where to find the scarecrows.
Sadly some of the scarecrows were not up to the mark of previous years, but it was still a good walk around the village.
