Otters filmed playing in Cumbrian river

Earlier today a couple of otters were spotted playing in a river close to Carlisle City Centre.

The video, filmed by my human dad, is a little shaky but two otters can clearly be seen playing in the early morning sunshine.

They appear to be healthy and possibly are a male and female.
