My mum and dad spied this rather wholesome dog food made by Lily’s Kitchen when they were on one of their days out.
The very colourful packaging says that this dry dog food is only made from fresh meat and not meat meal, added to this are lots of useful herbs and vegetables to help keep our coats, tummies and general well being in tip top condition.
This particular “Wild Woodland Walk” recipe is made with venison, duck and salmon.
Upon opening the paper bag, the pieces were a good size, pale brown in colour with a mild smell.
I took to them straight away, so mummy has been using them as special treats for my training.
The price of Lily’s kitchen dog food is on the higher end of the scale, with this 3 Kg bag costing around £7 but mum says I am worth it!
Mum and dad are very wary of any food which contains meat meal as it could be any old discarded bits and pieces that have been used.
