\nIn return for a donation we get an engraved ID tag and a personalised photograph.<\/li>\n
\nThey are trying to raise funds and become a charity with the aim of helping small rescue centres find homes for abandoned and homeless dogs.
\nThrough the use of social media they have helped rehome close to 100 dogs and raise over \u00a36,000 in just a few months.<\/li>\n
\nThe Deaf Dog Network<\/a>\u00a0(DDN)<\/strong> has been set up by the two leggers to offer help to our deaf or hard of hearing colleagues.
\nAs an organisation, DDN offers advice and support to the humans who own or work with deaf dogs.
\nThey also help raise awareness amongst our human carers that deaf dogs can and do lead very normal lives making great pets and sports dogs.
\nPart of their work includes highlighting \u00a0& supporting deaf dogs waiting in rescue for a new home.<\/li>\n
\nThe national charity raises funds to \u00a0create partnerships between deaf people and specially trained hearing dogs.
\nThey have trained over 1,600 hearing dogs since the Charity began in 1982. \u00a0This includes many cocker spaniels.
\nThe sounds a hearing dog can be trained to alert to include: A\u00a0doorbell,\u00a0telephone,\u00a0\u00a0alarm clock,\u00a0baby cry monitor and a smoke alarm.<\/li>\n
\nThey raise funds for the smallest, neediest rescue organizations all across the United States, and beyond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nFun<\/h3>\n

\nIt turns out that we can replace our lost toys quite cheaply and by the box full. \u00a0Used Tennis Ballz<\/a>\u00a0offers 50 of the favourite green squishy balls for less than \u00a340. Just think of the fun you could have with all of those around the house.

\nThis website has quite a boring home page but click on a link and you are given the full story which unlike some websites seems to go beyond the press release.<\/li>\n
